Sleeping Warrior Fitness is the culmination of years studying
and training to produce fitness strategies and regimens capable of
rehabilitating those individuals who have lacked nutritional and fitness
experience in their lives. Sleeping Warrior Fitness and SWFT Radio are aimed to
motivate and inspire the anxious and beginners in fitness, and to offer
educational tools for all skill levels to better improve their own lives and
overall health.
25 years of swordsmanship- Various martial arts including Tai Chi, Shotokan, Hung Gar Kuen and Niten Ichiryu. Studies included written manuals of fighting forms, and studio class environments.
ISSA (International Sports Science Association) certified Nutritionist
